Medallion of the New Millennium with the image of Our Lady of Fátima. Gold, diamonds and pearls
The medallion of the New Millennium is a jewel in gold, diamonds and pearls, inspired by the medallion of the rosary that gave it its name.
In the image in relief of the medallion, Our Lady is depicted in profile, gazing over a space that she cares for and protects. The unique space of each of us.
A name or a date can be engraved on this empty space of the medallion on which Our Lady of Fátima’s gaze is fixed.
The medallion is complemented by the chain of gold and pearls, with a holm oak leaf charm, also of gold with a small pearl, evoking the tree above which the shepherds saw Our Lady in Fátima.

In the medallion there is a representation of the statue of Our Lady of the Chapel of the Apparitions in Fátima, with the Precious Crown. Twelve jewellers and goldsmiths worked on the crown during three months, totalling about 6,500 hours of work. 2,992 gemstones were studded, in keeping with a design created by Casa Leitão, of which emphasis is given to the eight gold half-arches that heraldically correspond to a queen's crown. The statue of Our Lady of Fátima was crowned on May 13, 1946.
